  I am first time car buyer and as a first time buyer I was anxious about getting a new vehicle, due to the uncertainty of how the financing would turn out. Everything went great though with Jose Cuevas and Stuart. They both help me out fantastically, Jose was very professional, helpful, informative and most importantly laid back. Stuart was very informative and helpful on getting me a good interest rate better than I anticipated. They both made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with the interaction and made me feel like I made the right decision on picking the right vehicle and financially too.

  My husband just purchased a pre-owned Ford F-150 and he LOVES it. He’s happy, and that makes me happy because it’s what he wanted. He visited and checked a lot of options, but *the main reason he came back to the AUTONATION was Francisco Gonzalez. The care he gave my husband made the difference.* Francisco was incredibly nice and took care of all the paperwork back-and-forth without any hassle. My husband was on the fence at first, but Francisco kept texting him choices until he invited him to check out a truck he was sure would fit our needs — and he was right. The whole transaction was very smooth, especially with the Finance Department…. Wow, Ricardo Garza…. that gentleman was extremely patient, explained every detail in the contract, and helped my husband make smart decisions to save money with the options available. He never felt pressured. I want to be clear: I’m giving this honest review because we’re truly happy with the treatment we received. We didn’t get anything in exchange for it. This is just our experience at AutoNation on Gulf Freeway in Houston. And 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️because Now, I do need to give some feedback about the detailing/cleaning of the truck. Even though they said it was cleaned, it wasn’t 100%. *I’m the wife, and I don’t know why we have telescopic, magnification eyes 😂 — but I saw details my husband completely missed.* The next day I was re-cleaning seats, windows, and all the inside door panels. I was upset, and my husband didn’t argue because I was right. *It would be super, super, super nice if the truck was very, very clean — like new. Honestly, when I drove the truck two days ago, I didn’t feel comfortable being inside just thinking that it wasn’t really clean.* Please tell the detail team: pay attention to the small stuff. You don’t know how big of an effort some of us make to buy a vehicle, and how much we want it to feel truly new when we get it. That first impression matters. Overall, huge thanks to Francisco and Ricardo Garza from Finance Department, Because of you guys, my husband drove home happy. We’re happy!!! 😃

  Francisco my salesperson was awesome. He worked hard to get me a nice car. A good reliable car. My finance person Ricardo worked hard to seal the deal on my 2025 Jetta. I would refer everyone I know that asks about purchasing a car to them both. Thank you AutoNation Ford 🤝
