  I got the exact F-150 Lariat truck with all the options I wanted. I was an out of state buyer and started the process online. Rigoberto was a wonderful Salesman and without him, this deal may have never happened. Thank You Rigo!!! Not impressed with the business office representative I worked with as I was expecting to work with a different person who I had been dealing with online. After wasting hours in the F&I office with this guy I finally signed the papers with the original numbers I agreed to online. Bottom Line is I got the exact truck I wanted at the agreed to price online. Just some wasted hours at the dealership trying to pick it up and hit the road.

We went through several rounds of pricing and negotiation, and he remained helpful, friendly, and transparent the whole time. He answered my questions clearly, followed up when he said he would, and never made the process feel rushed or uncomfortable. I appreciated that he allowed the numbers to speak for themselves and worked with management to get the deal done. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Dillon made it much smoother than expected. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping here.

  We love Auto Nation! Our Bronco had to go in for a recall and from the valet that picked up and returned our vehicle to our service advisor, the whole experience was great! We were a little nervous about changing to a new dealership for our Fords but we are so glad that we did. Thank you 🩵
