  I’m located in the inland Empire in Southern California, I flew to San Francisco and was provided five star service by Hayward Toyota part of the AutoNation Group. They picked me up from the airport and my guests drove me to the dealer and made my purchasing experience. Very simple the service portion was not so simple when I came back down to Southern California with my Ford raptor Ford Tustin, part of the automation group made service with my truck very difficult frustrating and overall exhausting. My truck was in service collectively over three months now I purchased my truck in May. I would never go back to Fort Tustin. The service director just tried to purchase my customer satisfaction. An example of how he treated me was their detailed team burned my hoods paint, it resulted in he talking up a storm stating that it was going to be painted by a very renowned painter that their Dealer works with. I received the truck back with many imperfections dozens of fish eyes and spots where it’s very evident of Paint drip. When bringing it back to his attention, he says I should be thankful because it was done under Goodwill and there’s nothing else he will do. This is not how customer service should be.

  Paloma, Roberto and Rana made it a pleasant and efficient buying experience. I was able to find my son a 2021 Bronco Sport in great condition and price. My son is very happy which is what you want as a parent. The dealership offered a great price on a warranty and maintenance package which will keep the car in great condition. I highly recommend buying from Autonation Ford Tustin.

  What an incredible experience it was at IRVINE AutoNation with Daryle (BIG D) I went to two other Ford dealerships during the employee pricing marketing campaign And the other Dealers would not give me a ballpark on The Cost UUUG.I walked into Irvine Autonation and met BIG D , I told him I was a 1st time Ford Owner and he said let's sit down and I'll give you a ballpark cost with employee pricing.I was blown away with the Below MSRP Price ( During the Ford employee pricing marketing campaign) So I said BIG D let's Do-It. I was completely Happy with the Time I spent in the Dealer Ship.I am looking forward to seeing them again when one of my Twin Boys ( New Fireman) will order his Special Truck.
