  • It's one thing to say you got a great deal on a new car, it's a completely different story to say you had a great experience while buying it. Went to the dealer with expectations of being there all day, having to hear some salesman try to upsell me, but was completely proven wrong. Walking into lot, not even the building, I was able to meet Helena where she took me directly to the car I was soon to buy. Between being extremely knowledgeable and just accommodating, she was able to help thr process go so smoothly, I couldn't help but feel excited about the rest of the day. Hands down, one of my best car purchasing experiences.

  • The service advisors were friendly and courteous during both of my visits, which I appreciated. However, communication was consistently an issue. On more than one occasion, my vehicle was finished for hours without any notification, and I had to reach out myself to get updates. On my most recent visit, the original concerns were not resolved and a new issue appeared after service. While the staff was pleasant to work with, the lack of communication and follow-through ultimately made the experience frustrating.
