Laura has handled service and maintenance for both my personal vehicles and a company fleet of approximately 26 vehicles. Over time, she has proven to be knowledgeable, organized, and dependable, with clear communication and solid follow-through on every visit. She does a great job explaining diagnostics, service needs, and recommendations in a way that makes sense and helps with decision making. Managing multiple vehicles isn't easy, but she stays on top of details and keeps things moving efficiently. I'm glad Laura is at my local Ford service department. She's someone I trust to handle my vehicles properly, and that kind of consistency is hard to find.

  Went in just to look and got hooked in. I had a lease and a second vehicle to trade in and they were able to help without running my credit. They got me an estimate on monthly payments and once approved, credit was ran. After credit was ran, my interest went down and lowered the agreed payments. Zack was great throughout the process and love my ‘26 Explorer Tremor.
