  AutoNation Honda made purchasing the used car they had on hand very easy, might even call it pleasant. I purchased a no-haggle priced vehicle and was helped by David 1 initially and David 2 took over once I got there, doesn’t matter, everyone who helped me was very professional and up front. Going through finance was a breeze, and being a local credit union member gave me some great discounts on warranty, dent repair and even key replacement, I declined but it’s a great perk when purchasing from a ‘fast track’ dealer and bank arrangement. Again, car was as stated and shown, purchasing was a breeze and their 80’s mix they had going in the lobby was refreshing change. Easy peezy.

  I came in to Honda Costa Mesa for an oil change and had an excellent experience. Isaac greeted me right away and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the service process, answer my questions, and make sure I felt taken care of from the start. Quincy handled the oil change quickly and efficiently, and everything was done perfectly. Both Isaac and Quincy provided outstanding customer service! They were courteous, attentive, and made the whole visit smooth and easy. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks to them, I’ll definitely be coming back to Honda Costa Mesa for future service!
