  • Went to Auto Nation Chandler Honda on April 15th. Saw a vehicle I like. Spoke with Tom Park. He was nice and answered questions and was not pushy. This is important to me when purchasing a $60k car. Told him I would be back in the morning and needed a day to think about it. Came back the next day asked them to look at my car for trade in value. Got way more than KBB. Was in and out from 9:30 and was having lunch at 11:30. New car is amazing 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite. Gregg was awesome and accepted everything I asked for. Amazing people amazing job to all. Thank you for all the help and follow up.

  • I would like to give a shout out to Jose Rascon, from the sales team. I went to the dealer looking to trade in a car and get our with a good deal, and the way he show me the cars with no pressure or rush to sell make me feel comfortable. Never had an experience on a dealer before like this one. When reviewed the unit, it has an small paint imperfection (chip), but sales manager reaction was pretty good and compensation for finding was fair. Gladly will look into this dealer and give a shot to AutoNation in general for my next purchase.
