Straight to the point and very informative onto what you’re getting. Issac, Mr Sutherland, and the finance manager (so sorry I forgot his name) were all excellent. They cared about our experience and ensured we got the deal we wanted. Everyone is very attentive and don’t leave you hanging. They also aren’t pushy. They genuinely consider what you’re wanting. It seems like sales/deals are catered to fit your unique needs and lifestyle which I have deep respect for. Everything was so smooth and efficient. I had a very terrible experience at Bell Honda and was genuinely discouraged about getting my 2026 Honda CRV Hybrid because of it. This team of people go the extra mile and are very personable. They had the vehicle I wanted, the price was more than fair and they gave me a good price on my trade. It’s a low pressure dealership they let their pricing do the talking.
