  went to AutoNation Chandler today and had an outstanding experience. I worked with Raul in person and spoke with Jared over the phone—both were amazing and made the process completely seamless. The finance manager was also excellent. I was in and out with financing in less than three hours. I highly recommend this dealership; they treat you fairly and truly make you feel like their number one priority.

  The check-out process could be improved. I went it for a repair and they left a component at the back of my car instead of re-attaching it back onto the car. They probably at least 3 opportunities to check such as by the technician, the runner, and my service advisor. Even more annoying was my advisor did not think that it was a hassle to have to go back to have this taken car of.

  I purchased a truck here. The whole process was great. Corey was excellent and they honored the price I was given over the phone/text. I appreciate that more since I live an hour away. Even in finance, I expected them to pressure me to do in house financing since I did a cash purchase, no such pressure. The finance mgr mentioned the extra warranty as obligated, but he did not pressure my to buy (I never waste money on extended warranties). I'm very happy with the purchase, and the great Ridgeline truck. Some more great points: no stupid dealer decal on the back of the truck that I have to peel or even scrape off, no ridiculous mandatory "protection package" where the dealer puts garbage door liners on or some other lame stuff for thousands of dollars that you don't want. They put window tint on, which is actually needed and wanted, that's it! I really appreciate the approach, even though they are really far away, I would use again.
