  • Dog friendly dealership! They always welcome my dog and everyone goes out of their way to give him some pets. This dealership is THE best in all of California! I drive over 1 hour from another city (where a Honda dealership is located) just to have my Honda Civic serviced at Valencia Honda. I even used to drive in from San Luis Obispo , that's how amazing this dealership is! You can tell everything about a dealership in how the employees act. The service techs and advisors are always smiling, laughing, and having a good time at work. I have yet to encountered an employee who isn't happy, which is an absolute rarity these days. Management must treat them right! A Plus! Protip: hiking trails along the river while you wait for your car to be serviced is an added bonus.
