  The purchase of my new car went smoothly. Everyone at the dealership was kind and patient with us. My husband initially spoke with Casey Helton, who took the time to look up several vehicles that matched our interests and price range. After discussing a few of the cars we were interested in, she put us in contact with John, who then connected us with Henry to assist us in viewing the vehicles. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot into Honda AutoNation of Valencia, we were greeted by friendly staff who quickly directed us to the right person. Henry patiently showed us each vehicle we were interested in until we narrowed it down to a couple of options. He then presented a clear breakdown of each car, which helped us find the perfect vehicle. We decided on purchasing the 2025 Honda Accord, and I am extremely happy with the purchase. Once we made our decision, we were escorted to the financing department, where we met with Chris Rivas. He was very friendly and down-to-earth and explained everything in simple terms as we reviewed and signed the important documents. Throughout our visit, the other sales representatives who walked by were also friendly and made sure we were being helped. We never felt ignored, nor did I ever feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle or pushed toward a particular car. I would strongly recommend friends and family to visit Honda of Valencia if they are ever in the market to purchase a car, and I would definitely return in the future if I ever need another vehicle.

  Dog friendly dealership! They always welcome my dog and everyone goes out of their way to give him some pets. This dealership is THE best in all of California! I drive over 1 hour from another city (where a Honda dealership is located) just to have my Honda Civic serviced at Valencia Honda. I even used to drive in from San Luis Obispo , that's how amazing this dealership is! You can tell everything about a dealership in how the employees act. The service techs and advisors are always smiling, laughing, and having a good time at work. I have yet to encountered an employee who isn't happy, which is an absolute rarity these days. Management must treat them right! A Plus! Protip: hiking trails along the river while you wait for your car to be serviced is an added bonus.

  I had a very positive experience buying from this dealer. They were very transparent and helpful in helping me choose the right vehicle trim and explained the differences when it came to the coverages. I highly recommend Kenneth Ordona from sales. And Mario in finance. I drove over an hour away and it was truly worth the drive. I left with a the exact vehicle for me and got it for a great price based of my research. Hope do do business with auto nation Valencia in the future .
