⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about my experience at AutoNation Toyota Buena Park! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to find me the exact 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport I wanted with the specific features and color I was looking for. They made the entire buying process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. A special thank you to Bladimire, my salesperson, who was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He never pressured me into anything and genuinely wanted to make sure I got the truck that was right for me. I also want to thank Wilmer Cruz, the sales manager, who was absolutely amazing. I had the best experience I, as a first time buyer, could have ever for! The experience I had, within the first 5 seconds that I stepped foot onto the lot, til the moment drove out of the lot was incredible; truly a 10/10! I started off with Manny from Sales, he made me feel secure and extremely comfortable with the whole process, he made sure I had every spec, want and needs in the car I was looking for! I was then handed off to Jose from Financing and he made everything feel like a breeze! He offered me options tailored to my needs, and best of all, my budget! Everyone’s attitude and energy was great, I didn’t feel like I was in the dealership more than 30 mins. In no moment did I feel pressure or rush to make the correct decisions for myself. They advised me to their best of their abilities, explained and ran every number with me as much as I needed them to! They made sure I didn’t over pay/ include any items on my deal that that wasn’t necessary to my needs. Thanks to them, I walked out completely happy with myself, my experience and most importantly MY CAR!!!
