Angel, the sales manager, was fantastic — super friendly, professional, and made the whole car-buying process easy and stress-free. He really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Big shoutout to Ali in finance as well — he was amazing! The paperwork was quick, clear, and efficient. He got everything done faster than I expected, and I really appreciated how organized and professional he was. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Toyota Buena Park if you’re looking for great service and a team that truly cares about their customers!

  This was a good experience that eventually turned great. Beto in sales and the store manager Mike were very helpful and responsive. They helped me make a decision even though I went back and forth with 3 other dealerships. They were quick which is most important to me when I’m ready and decided on a car. Financing was with a gentleman named Zee. I’m not a fan of the financing department as I don’t budget for any extras. Zee was respectful of my decision and very friendly. I’ll be happy to work with him in the future. I got a show room Camry and they matched and eventually beat the OTD price of other dealerships.

That level of attention already set the tone for a great experience. Michael Ramirez helped me every step of the way when I was looking to get into a new car. He was patient, professional, and truly listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to make a sale. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which is rare when buying a vehicle. What impressed me even more was what happened after I changed my mind and decided to sell my car instead. Dietrich Seney immediately stepped in and worked hard to get me the BEST possible price. The level of honesty, transparency, and customer care he showed really stood out. It’s hard to find a dealership that treats you like a priority no matter how your plans change, but this team absolutely delivered.
