  • I had a great experience with my Toyota purchase at the Cerritos Toyota. Vincent who was my sales guy did a great job walking me through the vehicle during the test drive and all the extras that came with it. Vincent even made sure things were taken care of while my new car was being detailed. He stayed through the whole long process which didnt end until after 10pm even though he should've already been off. There were some items that needed to be taken care of after the purchase and he stayed on top of it and continued to keep me updated. Vincent was very nice, professional, and helpful through it all. If you're looking to buy a new vehicle go to Cerritos Toyota and ask for Vincent in the internet sales department, he's awesome!!

  • This is my experience with AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. I made an appointment for maintenance service on the phone for 11/19/2025. I got an appointment time for 7 am and got 2 confirmation emails and texts for 7:20 am appointment time which is ok for me; on the day, I got there at 6:45 am. Service Advisor gave a list of recommendations: 1. Oil change, tire rotation, 2. Multi point Inspection, 3. Alignment, 4. Brake Fluid service, 5. Cabin Air Filter replace, 6. Air Filter Element replace, and 7. Brakes clean and adjust. I asked how long will it take to have everything done, the answer was about 3 hrs. I asked again saying, “So that it should be done before noon,“ he said “ yes”. I told him that I will wait in the waiting room. At 10:59 am, I got a text from a Service Advisor with 3 videos uploaded to this review. Each video showed a car tire, an air filter, and the oil car’s container with the oil running out/draining out, all videos with no explanation. For me, this is sent to show what has been done to my car. At 12:30 pm, I went to the Service Advisor to ask if my car almost done. He said they’re still working on it and will let me know when it’s finished. At 2:30 pm, he called to let me know that the car almost done, after I hang up, I went to talk to him in person asked him if anything wrong with my car and why it takes so long. He now started to explain to me that the machine for changing the break fluid was broken and not working, but there is nothing wrong with my car. By the time I got my car back, it was 3 pm, a total of 8 hrs later. I waited without knowing what happened until 2:30 pm. One last thing I would like to mention for the benefit of other costumer, they changed the payment methods to only cash, debit card, and check. There is now a 2% surcharge on all credit cards. Last time I came, there was no 2% surcharge. I asked the cashier when this 2 % surcharge started, and she told me “About a month ago”. Since it was so recent, they should have disclosed this on the confirm appointment email/text so I can be prepared better for the payment. I wish nobody will not have such a bad luck day like me.
