  We recently went into AutoNation Toyota after our Audi e-tron was involved in an accident and ultimately declared a total loss by insurance. Like most people, we weren’t exactly looking forward to the car-buying process, especially after having less-than-great experiences with dealerships in the past (with the exception of Audi). We knew we wanted to transition from a fully electric vehicle to a hybrid SUV, and Toyota had a great selection. After sending an email inquiry, Arturo quickly responded with his availability and made it easy to schedule a time to come in. When we arrived, we test drove a 4Runner Off-Road Premium and absolutely loved it. It checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. Arturo was incredibly helpful throughout the process and worked with his manager, Ray, after gathering some information from us. They came back with numbers and were very willing to work with us until we reached a deal we felt comfortable with. What really stood out was the lack of pressure. There were no pushy sales tactics, just a genuine effort to help us get into a vehicle that made sense for us. The process was smooth and transparent. The experience was so positive that we actually came back the very next day and purchased a second vehicle, as we had also been considering replacing our second car. They even joked about whether we’d be back for a third the next day :) Overall, this was one of the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experiences we’ve had. We were in and out quickly, felt respected throughout the process, and left genuinely happy with our two new vehicles. We’ll definitely be recommending Arturo and the team to our friends and family.

  I had the best experience with Geiner Samayoa at Toyota of Tempe. He got me in my 2026 4Runner Limited. He does not only sell you a car he give you fun and positive experience , makes you feel comfortable and will go out of his way to make you satisfied. Everyone over there are very nice, but I could tell you the experience I had with Geiner Samayoa was outstanding.
