  • Purchased a vehicle only for it to end up in the shop four days later. The vehicle supposedly had a new transmission installed yet the transmission is what was faulty. Vehicle was sent to the shop to have cosmetic and glass repair. The repair to the bumper was atrocious. There is glue on the headlight and along the right side of the bumper. The chips in the glass were supposed to be repaired and that was never taken care of like they stated they would. My car was in the shop for five days and was asked to bring it back to fix the glass. I live an hour and a half away. I wouldn’t have to make the drive back if the job was done correctly in the first place. Poor customer service. I will never purchase a vehicle from this location again.
