  From going to test drive cars that caught my eye, to helping me with a trade in and finding the perfect car for me, auto nation was amazing to work with! James, my sales guy was so kind, he brought me every car from the lot that was on my list for me to test drive as well as searched for others in the surrounding areas that I might be interested in. He definitely went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for! Svitlana was also amazing to work with! She made that paperwork process so smooth for me and I couldn’t thank her enough for that and for making me feel at home. The general manager, Floyd, was also an amazing help and human, definitely made my family feel welcome and at home! He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and gave me more information than I believe I could get anywhere else! Thank you all for making finding a new car a great experience for my family!

  I had a really great experience at AutoNation USA Phoenix. As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly pretty stressed going into the process, but Will made everything so much easier. He was extremely personable, patient, down to earth, and welcoming. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he helped make the whole process feel smooth and way less intimidating than I expected. The rest of the staff was also super friendly. Multiple people checked in on me throughout the visit to see if I needed anything, and they offered coffee and water, which I appreciated. The dealership itself was clean and comfortable inside, too. They had a nice selection of cars at reasonable prices, and I feel like I got a great deal. My credit isn’t the best, but they still worked with me and helped find a price point that actually made sense for my situation. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I’m really happy with how everything went, and I’d absolutely recommend AutoNation USA Phoenix to anyone, especially first-time buyers. All of the staff I interacted with was incredible, but I would highly recommend asking for Will - he's a genuine guy who really cares about people and what he's doing.
