Bravo James Maves he was amazing! He was personable, friendly, and worked extremely hard for us to get the vehicle we truly wanted and he didn't back down until we got the numbers that worked best for us! Thank you James and AutoNation we are excited to join the fam and hope to buy more cars in the future!! If you want a quality vehicle and quality experience go see James, thanks again!
We were able to view their inventory online which made it easy for us to schedule a test drive for the car we were interested in. Justin greeted us as we came in through the door and took care of the details after we decided to purchase the car. He put a bow on the car and took our photo. It was a fun way to celebrate this purchase. Overall, it was a stress free experience.
It having been12-years since i'd last bought, and/or sold a car, this is not a process that I can say that I have a myriad of experiences with. But I an attest to how I felt about this experience. I think the experience could've been worse. So I am happy that it was not the worst experience ever. I am happy that when given an opportunity to give a higher counter offer, AutoNation did do so. I am fairly happy with the communication that was had through emails and calls. And the final step of the process was fairly smooth, until the end. I understand that the young man that was handling my sales process is human, and can make mistakes like I do everyday. But once he's given me a final length of time for the completion of the process, and I've called my wife to come to pick me up, we're truly expecting that she won't have to wait on me once she's arrived. But because of a little mistake with not having me put my initials on a specific question on one of the pages, it delayed to the process 10-15 minutes longer. She was not happy, so I too then become unhappy. I do appreciate the young mans efforts, cordialness, and politeness, and hope that when given another opportunity to do the same work that the mistake is not made again.
