  we made an appointment to get our tint taken off of the car, as it’s in our contract, and they have been giving us the run around for three days now. We made an appointment online and nobody seemed to know what we were talking about when we came in on Monday. We sat there for hours and they only partially removed the tint and left tint scraped up on the car claiming they “can’t reach it” when we said that was not acceptable they came back and said they can take the panel off to reach the rest of the tint but we have to come back Tuesday at 11. Before we came back Tuesday we confirmed that it would be done by 3:30 at the latest because we need the car for transportation to work and medical appointments. They said yes it will be done. Yesterday around 5pm we had reached out because we still hadn’t heard any update and we were told by Robert that they didn’t even begin to work on our vehicle yet. This caused us to be late and not have reliable transportation. We had to drive 30 minutes AGAIN today (Wednesday) to come pick up my car that they still didn’t work on. They told us no later than 2 hours to finish it. This was at 9:30am and it’s 12:46pm and we are still waiting to pick up my car with no update other than “30 more minutes” which we were told almost an hour ago at this point. The pictures included is the way they left my tint the first day. They also did not remove the panels on the windows in the back on either side
