I’d like to thank BMW Valencia for a wonderful, quick, and hassle-free buying experience. I’d especially like to mention Wendy, Dave Erickson, and Zaed for their professionalism and friendly service. About a month ago, I signed up for a test drive of a pre-owned car we were considering for our daughter’s 18th birthday. The next day we arrived, and Dave came out to meet us right away. He apologized that Wendy was still busy (we had arrived before our scheduled time) and offered to take us for a test drive with him. We took the test drive, loved everything, and went to finalize the purchase. By that time, Wendy had just become available and helped us with all the information about the car and filling out the loan application. Then loan specialist Zaed secured excellent terms for us, and we bought the car, which our daughter absolutely loved and enjoys every day! Thank you so much again! Everything was fantastic, and we have plenty to compare it to. Just a month and a half earlier, we had tried to buy a car right nearby—literally half a mile away—at Autonation Honda, but there we encountered complete unprofessionalism and terrible customer service. But that’s another story. Once again, a huge thank you to BMW Valencia!!!
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my EV6. Jon from Internet Sales was incredibly patient and guided me through every step with real knowledge and care. The manager, Diego, was just as impressive—he moved the financing process along quickly and efficiently. Together, they made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend. Edit: I now have to add and the reason I took away 2 stars is the repair shop was supposed to have changed a tire and gave me a new one, instead they rotated the tire to the front and patched it and while going home the tire drops to 23 psi forcing me to get air. So basically I’m 71 miles away and the only way to even get it looked at was to wait on corporate to approve fixing an issue that there dealership stated was completed and me thinking this is a luxury dealership I never gave checking it a second thought. The service up to this point was outstanding. So in the end as the picture shows a patched tire and me having to just buy another tire myself. I guess since I brought used I can only fault myself for expecting excellence all around. See inside, I was blended in, so service must stay the same, but once in the repair bay, I bet you anything it was, let’s hurry up and get this crap out of here before someone think we not working on their bmw. Yea, that’s how I feel now!!!
