  • "Exceptional" is the perfect title for a 5-Star experience and for my personal car-buying experience at Valencia BMW. It was "Exceptional." For context, I have a dealership 5 min from my home, but we drove an hour to Valencia and would do it again 10x over! Let's be honest, most of us hate car shopping. It's a necessary event in our lives a few times over and one I, and my husband, typically dread. THIS car purchase could NOT have been smoother, more professionally handled or more of a genuinely pleasant surprise. Truly. I felt like Danny (Sales Manager), Amir (Salesperson), and Zaeed (Finance) were all in our corner from the minute I called and until we pulled away in our brand new BMW. They wanted us to have the car as much as we wanted it! And they were happy to make it happen and be a part of it. Some dealerships have a "move metal" mentality... well, at Valencia BMW, we felt like their goal wasn't just to sell us a car, it was to become our family dealership. And now all I need to do is talk my hubby into needing a BMW for himself so we can do it all again! Thank you gentlemen, it was a pleasure to do business with you all and we hope to do it again in the future! Cheers! PS...at 54 yo, I've never had the "red bow" moment and thanks to Amir, I finally got it! It was really special!

  • Maryo was excellent, he contacted us the week prior, we set an appointment for the following Saturday due to distance. When we arrived he had the car parked and ready for us to review and test drive. He also made sure we were taken care of by offering water and showing us the restrooms. DiegoCervantes in Finance was also great, showing us service options and making the finance process quick and painless. Good job Valencia BMW for having people like Maryo and Diego, we had an excellent custermoer experience.
