  • I was looking for a very specific model of Acura RDX, as a used car. I knew exactly the price I wanted, the amount on my trade in, and wanted to make it an easy, quick process. Kevin McEneaney was my sales person and he was incredible! Experienced, responsive, easy to talk to, and we were having a very pleasant negotiation discussion. Until a manger named Dave got involved. He not only loudly pressured me to take a worse deal, but I had to ask him for MY car keys 3x so I could leave. It felt like a weird hostage situation. I felt perplexed and bad because Kevin and I both wanted to make a deal and make it an easy process - not the theatrical performance it used to be (that Dave is clearly clinging to). Kevin and his manager Vic reached back out and apologized for my experience. The car was still available and they could get within $1k of what I was asking. I went back and snatched up my RDX!! The final sale process with Kevin and the rest of the team was top notch. Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve had in this valley, and I’ve had LOTS. So, if I could rate the dealership on my experience with Kevin and the rest of the staff - it would be 5 stars. But Dave’s behavior was REALLY bad, so he stole one of the stars. Thanks again guys!

  • I had a great experience purchasing my beautiful used truck. I worked with Edwin Lopez, the Internet Sales Manager. I was 6 hours north and he sent pictures, videos and gave me all the info I needed to book a flight down. He got me in and out in around 3 hours and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
