  • I purchased my dodge charger in 2019 from Schumacher. That experience should’ve foreshadowed how the rest of my time would be here. I had a new sales person, I believe his name was Alex who helped me. He was super friendly and still learning to say the least, but the attitude he received from his higher ups/coworkers right in front of me was appalling. As they all conglomerated in an office over looking the shower room in their fancy shoes and nice ties, Alex would often go in there during the negations on my purchase and I could heard the demeaning tone and things they would say to him, as if he was full of incompetence. If that was the case, it’s not something you do in front of or ear shot of the customer. The purchase happened and when I went the next day to pick up my car, it was missing floor mats. So I request floor mats and the way they acted when I asked that was as if I ate half my plate and asked to send it back at a restaurant. As if my car was not good enough or should not have came with them and that was an expense I should have to handle. So the manager yells “Alex, why don’t you find some floor mats for his car!” And that took a ridiculous amount of time until I hear them tell him to take out of another model. Fast forward a couple years later and some confusing and mismanaged oil changes, my interior door panels decide to fold up like a discarded orange peel. The process took weeks to months (not that is the dealerships fault) waiting for the door panels to come in, and when they finally did and got the replaced, they gashed my window tint (see photo) and didn’t even bother putting the rear door handle cover and screw back on. Fast forward again, I get a factory recall notice and try to setup an appointment. So after some back and forth, they schedule for a Monday at 11:00 am. I get a notification for the appointment for a vehicle I don’t even own anymore and a totally different date. I confirm the correct time and date (see photo) just to arrive at the scheduled time to not even have it on their records AND they did not even have the factory part in stock. Needless to say, it was the last and final time I will be returning there.
