  • Biggest scam dealership ever. They put a bandaid on things to just get them off their lot. They sold a car to my boyfriend’s daughter 8 months ago, a 2017 ford escape that is now a vehicle that isn’t worth fixing because it will be way to expensive to fix. Thankful she made it to Georgia safely without breaking down. The mechanic that was going to do the repair work was appalled that they sold her this car. They did $1200 worth of work and on the test drive is when they vehicle started pouring smoke and oil. He told them that he would not feel right at all charging them for the work. When we went here to look for a car, they gave her keys to a jeep (not sure of model) that was FULL of mold. DO NOT BUY from this place. They are dishonest, they do not inspect their vehicles and they lie!

  • If I could it less than 1 star I would. Car started having problems day 2 after buying it. Took it to my mechanic on day 3, they let me know of all the stuff that needed to be repaired. Day 4 on the way to return the car, it broke down. When I tried to get a refund the dealership tried to blame me for the car and convince me it was sold "as is". Had to remind him that in the state of WA for dealerships it is not, they must disclose all known repairs that are needed and that tie rod erosion, carbon in the oil, etc. do not happen in 2 days. The guy said he would give a refund but not for the taxes or registration. I let him know my lawyer and court fees would only cost the company more in the end. They finally gave a full refund.
