I had an exceptional experience with furniture and mattress discounters, particularly with Joe and Sam. Joe’s prompt response to my initial inquiry was remarkable. He received my questions via text message, and he responded promptly and respectfully. Despite the fact that it took me three days to visit the store, Joe was incredibly patient with me. He was also honest and transparent throughout the entire process. I recommend visiting Sam and Joe ! They will get you what you need .

Just came in to look around seeking couches and Kitchen table. Luckily, Joe assisted me and my family with everything I needed along with answering all my questions. Joe is the guy to go too, excellent service!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Got in and out fairly quickly with everything I needed, which in this case was mattresses for myself and both my daughters. Prices were reasonable for quality mattresses and I'm happy with the purchase.
There is a really great selection of furniture here for every room, if you like modern styles.

I had a very disappointing experience with this furniture company. We negotiated a final price in person and were explicitly told that delivery would be free. We even have a receipt that clearly states no charge for delivery.

After we left the store, they texted us saying we would actually need to pay $150 for delivery, which directly contradicted what we were told and what was written on our receipt. When we tried calling to clarify, they initially would not take our calls. Once we finally got someone on the phone, they claimed they “never said” delivery was free despite the receipt saying otherwise.

At the end of the day, we were still forced to pay the delivery fee. This felt misleading and unprofessional. If you choose to shop here, make sure everything is in writing and double-checked, because verbal agreements did not seem to be honored.

The guy that helped us was nice enough. But that's about the only positive thing I have to say. We ordered a 4 piece bedroom set on November 24th, they said it would be getting delivered on December 1st, and they also said we'd be getting a phone call the morning of to confirm. Come December 1st, we get no phone call, no update of any kind. I call them, they tell me it's now going to be delivered on the 2nd. Then the 2nd comes around, again no phone call in the morning, so I call again asking for an update, they tell me they'll check and call me back. Hours pass by until we then get a message telling us they're loading up the truck now, but they ask us which bedroom set it was we bought, because the person who rung us out, had forgotten to write down the item number on the invoice. They sent us two pictures asking which one it was, we tell them it was neither, and then they say that these are the only two bedroom sets they have, that there are no others. We sent them a picture of the item number on our copy of the receipt, and a picture of the set's listing. They simply say, 'ok, got it.' Hours pass by, we have still gotten no update so we message them asking for an update. All they say is that everything has been loaded into the truck, and they'll call us when they're 30 minutes away. The day ended without us receiving our purchase, and at this point, I have no idea when we'll actually be getting our purchase or even if I will be getting my correct purchase if they allegedly only had two bedroom sets that were both NOT what we had purchased. I do not recommend shopping here, as they are not reliable
