  • Came in here for a bmw x7 Xdrive40i. Met Roger the salesman. Checked out the car. Car looks fine. Asked them for a test drive. Took 20 minutes, reasonable because of the snow. Hit the car’s door while bringing it out of the lot. Took the test drive , the car was louder than it’s supposed to be, everything else is fine. Went inside waiting for John one of the managers to talk numbers. Waiting 20 minutes more for him to be available to talk to us. Came in with the numbers has a doc fee of $800 which I was totally fine with. Then came in 2 fees which were tire protection and ceramic coating totaling about $3700. I told him the car has a problem with its exhaust and didn’t want any of those fees. John tells me that loud sound exhaust comes with the m sport package. All bullshit. He could’ve make a better excuse but these guys don’t know how to convince a customer. Not buying the car because of the exhaust problem which they’re not acknowledging and they’re bullshit fees. Customer service was also a 0/10. Salesman didn’t know anything about the car and anything I asked him he didn’t know the answer for it. What kind of salesman doesn’t know about the car a customer made an appointment for.
