Awesome service, Handled a majority of the process over the phone Roger and Lauren. The car looks great and I was in and out in less than an hour. Smoothest car purchase ever and I will be back to grab another.
Had a great experience buying a truck for my son. We came in with a specific truck already picked out, and Roger made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. I really appreciated that there was no haggling or pressure. He worked with us on the total cost and approval process. It was a straightforward, hassle-free experience. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. It was honestly one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve experienced. I’d definitely recommend Roger and the dealership to anyone looking for an stress-free car buying experience.
So everything went well. Just saw a car w my daughter. Very interested. Wanted to have it checked out. We were 90 min away and needed to coordinate that. Salesman was great didn’t feel pressured. It was Friday and knew we wouldn’t get back until maybe Monday. Put a “good faith” $500 refundable pmt to hold the car like thru Saturday so we could bring someone to inspect the car. Ummmmm….so it obviously became complicated to get a trusted mechanic that far away. While getting constant messages…when I told them to not hold the car and refund my $500 they got silent and did not respond to my calls or messages. While initially I thought my experience was good, it was not. I had to go file a claim thru my credit card company to get my money back. If you are ready to buy great. I would say don’t give them any “good faith” money or ask for something written. Overall would not recommend
