  • This is our experience at Honest Car Sales located at16017 Aurora Ave. North, Shoreline. My wife and I stopped at the business and looked at some cars. No sales person came outside. We went inside and stood there. There was a man at a desk whose photo on there web page is Arthur Elagin, the manager. He totally ignored us. He was with another person and we continued to wait over 15 more minutes. We found out this dealership also shares office space with another car dealer called JDM. The man in the upper floor office came out his office and spoke to us and told us the vehicles we were looking at belonged to Honest Car Sales. We continued to wait and finally went back outside again and looked at a car we were interested in viewing. No one came outside and we went back inside the showroom. Now, as we were waiting inside from the rain again, a tall woman was taking photos of a car that was moved inside the building. She saw us standing and never acknowledged us and the manager continued to ignore us. Not one person said, hello can I help you, or give me a few minutes. Absolutely nothing. So it makes us think maybe these good reviews are questionable that are listed. At this time we may do an update on this business for others, as business owners, we never had this type of treatment. If this is the top customer care and the highest google rating that they claim, we find it suspect.
