  • I have bought a lot of cars in my life but buying a car with Action Auto Sales was by far the best car buying experience yet. Walter was not like the stereotypical "salesman". He was extremely professional, kind, personable, and there was zero sales pressure. All of the cars on the lot seem to be very well priced and they are good quality vechicles. I went on a Saturday so the lot was very busy. Walter done it ALL!!! From answering phone calls, setting me up to test drive the car, doing the financing, to even detailing my car at the end when the sale was final. He worked extremely well under pressure. It really shows that he loves his job and helping people like me get exactly what I'm looking for. I would highly recommend giving Walter a call if you are in need of a new ride. You won't be disappointed.

  • BEWARE! We met with Matt on Monday and test drove a vehicle. We told him we had two cars to trade in, so we made an appointment to purchase the vehicle the next morning. I dropped one off at closing, 6:00 pm, and he confirmed our appointment. I came the next morning with the other vehicle and was told the car was sold the night before. We were there at closing the night, and even received two text reminders, after hours, about our appointment. Enter their lot with your guard up!
