  • I have bought a lot of cars in my life but buying a car with Action Auto Sales was by far the best car buying experience yet. Walter was not like the stereotypical "salesman". He was extremely professional, kind, personable, and there was zero sales pressure. All of the cars on the lot seem to be very well priced and they are good quality vechicles. I went on a Saturday so the lot was very busy. Walter done it ALL!!! From answering phone calls, setting me up to test drive the car, doing the financing, to even detailing my car at the end when the sale was final. He worked extremely well under pressure. It really shows that he loves his job and helping people like me get exactly what I'm looking for. I would highly recommend giving Walter a call if you are in need of a new ride. You won't be disappointed.

  • Buyer Beware! This dealership doesn't deserve 1 star. We purchased our vehicle in 2024 with the Apex/Endurance warranty for extra coverage. Unfortunately for us, the warranty for a major repair was denied by Endurance because Action Auto declined this repair at the same mechanic 2 months prior to our purchase. Had Action Auto repaired and/or had a record of repairing this almost 5k job with labor, we wouldn't be in this position. We are working with the NC Attorney General's office to pursue this legally for justice & in hopes to protect future prospective customers.
