  • Bought a queen, mattress and box spring set yesterday and honestly, it was the easiest and quickest transaction I've ever made. No fuss or hassle. Made an appointment by phone, set a time and when I arrived, Dado was so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He didn't try to upsell me and let me take all the time I needed to choose the best set. My wife loves the new mattress set. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I found Mattress by Appointment online, put in a request for an appointment and Jen called me the next morning and I had an appointment that day at 2pm. I was in and out in 30 minutes with not only one queen mattress but two! Her prices are incredibly affordable with no pressure to buy. She's very knowledgeable and truly cares about finding her customers the perfect mattress. She was honest and knew exactly where to steer me. The good experience didn't stop there...my appointment was Saturday afternoon and my mattresses were delivered on Monday! I can't leave a review without giving kudos to Jimmy the delivery man! He was awesome and went above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so glad I found Mattress by Appointment and would highly recommend them to everyone.
