Excellent service from a committed team. I arrived in the Valley of the Sun from England needing a new SIM card and saw good reviews, so went to see them. They gave great advice on the most cost-effective carrier and the best offer available. They took great trouble to install the SIM and set up the phone correctly. Recommended.
Soooo glad I found Mac Masters! I went to the Apple Store and of course all they tried to do was sell me a new computer for 1500 when all I needed was a battery replacement that costed me 160 at Mac Masters. My laptop is my entire work life and being without it for even just a day is stressful. These guys got my Mac taken care of same day no hassle at all it was amazing! I’ll definitely be using their services again.
I was in a rush so I didn’t check there prices on a Apple13 mini battery replacement. They charged $139, Apple is $99, and two other stores within two miles were under $70. I pointed this out when I went to get my phone and asked them for a sale credit and they refused. Also, I’ve had the same battery problem twice in the last two years and I’d came to them previously for the same problem. and when I asked them about warranty they just mumbled something about their systems not having the info. Total bullshit. Their work is quick but the repairs will Fizzle in a year and everyone else is just as quick for 1/2 the price. Learn from my mistakes, shop around don’t come here.
