Alma is their best sales person,she was the best at their 4001 pacific location and now she’s at this location and let’s just say I will always be coming to this US PAWN location because of her excellent customer service and always treating us like family .
My first time coming into the shop and I was really impressed. The store was very clean and had a great selection with a wide variety of items. The service was amazing from the moment my husband and I walked in. We came in looking for a PS5 and were pleasantly surprised to find one at a great price. The gentleman who helped us, Martin, had a great, welcoming demeanor and was funny too, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to look at the jewelry again—they had a few pieces I really liked. Overall, it was a great experience!
For any and everybody if you're looking for a good deal go down to us pawn on Martin Luther King drive. I have the experience of a lifetime the best pawn shop I've ever been to in My Life first of all I would like to just dedicate this to Alma and a wonderful staff she has there that she works with. I went out looking for something for the family and really didn't have that much money and manatee Alma and her staff they offered me the best deal the lowest price and they even bought something from you just so that I can leave with a couple dollars in my pocket I think that's well over average for a pawn shop. Believe me every time I want to buy something for my family at a cheap price that's where I'm going. So again this is to Alma and her staff and US pawn on hilltop for the best experience and money well spent place to go. And to set it all the way off I'm a customer for life thank you everybody pay attention if you want cheap deals go down to us pawn that's where it's at I wouldn't lie to you.
