  • We recently purchased a vending machine from vending concepts and had a great experience from start to finish! The communication from Caleb was professional, the machine arrived on time, and everything was exactly as described. Setup was straightforward, and the quality of the machine exceeded my expectations. Caleb answered all of my questions quickly and made the purchasing process smooth, especially for a growing vending business. The machine looks modern, runs reliably, and has already been a great addition to our locations. If you’re looking for a dependable vending machine supplier with solid customer service and quality equipment, we definitely recommend vending concepts!

  • My experience started out rough with Vending Concepts. My Wittern 3576 frozen food machine was over 2 week late from the estimated shipping date. And there was initially an issue with the price match guarantee being honored. But after one of the owners got involved the price match guarantee was honored, and I was giving a two year parts and labor warranty for free for the machine being late. Along with a genuine apology, which was heart felt. So when the machine showed up it looked nice and it gets cold like it’s supposed too. However there is condensation building up in between the double paned glass. This is very disappointing to me. I have filed a repair request yesterday (March 9th) but have yet to hear from anyone yet. I hope there repair service is able to fix this issue. 6k is a lot of money to have a machine not work properly. I will update this post when this repair issue is addressed. Hopefully with good news. Update: Vending Concepts did the right thing and sent out a new triple paned glass for the frozen machine which was a very expensive part ($500 plus freight shipping) for them. I feel like they really are good people but like with any large company sometimes things just slip through the cracks. I have been made 100% whole and I’m very appreciative for them going to extra mile to make everything right.

  • Avoid if you value your time, customer service, and any semblence of organization. 2 stars only due to warehouse staff. Everything else is 1 star service. After putting a 50% deposit on 4 machines and scheduling a pickup date with remaining 50% due at time of pickup, our associate arrived to find the office had no file for us. After some pressing they found our file. It had been erroneously placed as a shipping order. 2 of the machines were already packaged for shipping and had to be loaded via forklift. This made it very difficult to unload the machines.(After a 6 hour drive) Both the sales rep, Justin, and office person, Judy, were not interested in the least in helping us after payment was made. The "manuals" and "training videos" were an absolute joke. We figured the machines out on our own after many hours of testing. By the time I heard back from Technical support we had figured the machines out. I would have bought 20 machines from them... but luckily their terrible service led me to a place in Oklahoma, 4 hours closer, and $1,000 less for identical machines. Also take note that they use Cantaloupe for their preprogrammed credit card readers. This was not mentioned until we arrived to pick up the machines. This may be good or bad depending on your preference. Lastly, the Warehouse crew were very kind and even offered our associate food and beverages while he waited 2 hours past the pick up time to get the machines loaded.
