We had a great experience! We purchased a washer and dryer from them, and everything went smoothly. The delivery and installation were fast and professional. The team was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process easy. The quality of the washer and dryer is excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company!
Dryer died on me so I decided to go check out Appliance Outlet. They had a nice selection of gas dryers. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. He gave me a good price and I asked him if he could deliver and install today, as I need to wash clothes and sheets tonight because I am leaving on a business trip. He accommodated my request and went out of his way to make it happen. Nice staff, quality products and great customer service
Got a very nice fridge and was able to get it delivered on the same day, especially after I messed up on the first order😅. Ordered a bigger fridge that fit on the side but couldn't open the door. Was able to swap the same day. Rock was very friendly and helpful and we're happy with the new fridge.
