I had a wonderful experience at Carmood! As a first-time car buyer, I was a little nervous, but they made everything so simple and stress-free. The team was super friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car—not just pushing a sale. I ended up leaving the same day with a beautiful and reliable vehicle that I absolutely love. Highly recommend them if you want a smooth and trustworthy car buying experience. 🙌🚗❤️
I bought a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country from them. They had great service & they were very nice & welcoming. They have a wide array of nice looking vehicles. I believe My car had/has several electrical problems & I believe it has transmission issues that are still unresolved to this day. I went out of town and it shut down on me a few times. I spent about 600$ on different parts that still didnt resolve the issue. They seemed to not want to compensate me for the money I spent on parts & the owner was hard to get in touch with. Everytime I called he was either gone, just left, gonna b back later, left for the day, didnt come in yet, will b back soon, or out in the lot. I found out that my van was never checked out by the mechanic they usually use to check all the cars b4 before being put up for sale, so i was screwed on that i guess. Theyre hard to get in contact with about even trying to fix the problems. But I guess There's nothing I can do now. They have a lot of nice cars on their lot & weird thing is if I had the money to purchase another car I would go back to them. I would recommend them only because of what the mechanic on the lot shared with me about them. I trust his judgement. All he has done was try to help me since i been complaining about these problems being fixed. Funny thing tho when I did get the owner the 1 time he put the mechanic on the phone when i began asking about compensation like it was his problem or responsibility to solve my issues which was weird. Other than that its a decent van, its what i wanted. I ended up finding out the rotors was bad. The brakes was stopping weird from the 1st day i drove it. I passed it off as maybe it just hasnt been driven in awhile maybe itll clear up, but it didnt so i finally get an opinion on what it could be & found out it was the rotors. I wish i wouldve reported that issue from the beginning, but now i have to fix rotors & brakes on a van i had just spent 6k on. I kept & keep saying it aint no way i should have this many problems within the 1st month or even year of spending SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS on a van!!! That is krazyyy!! 🤯🤯🤦🤦😒🤔🤔🤔 But i guess this what happens when u rush to get a vehicle. I shouldve done better homework. I had 2 older ones that kicked the bucket on me. So I was happy to find a 2014 just like the 2010 I had & crashed. I was looking for a chrysler t&c minivan & found 1 fast. So when I get the money again im getting a car & 9/10 im gonna go back to them to look 1st. Ill b cautious to put a down payment next time until im sure because its non refundable. Next time im going to take my time & do more in depth research on the vehicle b4 I put any money down or even spend the money on another vehicle. It wasn't worth 6k ill tell u that now. I wasnt gonna do a review because im really on the fence about this place. They have gorgeous cars but u just never know if theyre actually worth what their asking for. Plus every1 doesnt have money to just purchase cars at any time. Cars r hard to get for some ppl. So when u finially get the money to get one & u give it all to someone & trusting what their telling u just to find out later they didnt share the whole truth with u its like WOWW!! I feel played. But what could i do now??? I got it in june & i just pray that it lasts a couple more years without any serious issues. I have to mive my kids & grands around in this van. I have to go state to state to visit my kids out of state in this van. I just needed something solid to be able to do those things. I really pray it gets me to ATL a few times for my daughter & to BFLO NY to see my 4 kids & family there. I pray no1 else & even myself has this experience with this place in the future. Just sharing my truth.
My son bought a car from this dealership on 11/26/25. 1/06/26 the car had a catastrophic engine failure. He did not purchase the extended warranty and I guess that leaves the burden of fixing the car on him, but also no one expects to spend 5 grand on a car and have it blow up in one month. The dealership says there is nothing they can do about it.
