  • I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. They sold me a car that broke down just two days after I bought it. When I reached out for help, they refused to assist me, ignored my phone calls, and took no responsibility for the vehicle they sold. I also felt pressured into completing the purchase instead of being given the opportunity to make an informed decision. After everything that happened, the dealership pulled back on the deal, but they kept my trade-in vehicle and my down payment and refused to return my money. That left me without the car I traded in and without the funds I had already paid. The lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service was unacceptable. Instead of trying to make the situation right, they avoided responsibility and left me to deal with the consequences. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy place to buy a vehicle.
