  After going to several top dealerships, I was very disappointed with their made-up add on fees and their high-pressure sales so I made the decision to try out a recommendation by my mechanic to go and see Franco over at Palmetto Bay Motors for a replacement car. Well, that turned out to be the best decision I made. I was first met by Vincent (super salesman) and asked about my budget and what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I asked for. I found a 2022 Honda Civic Sport that I liked and they let me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out, which it passed with flying colors. Franco (owner) then took over with the financing and paperwork, and very transparent. I was in and out in 1 ½ hour. I had a small problem with the door lock and remote and he promptly ordered the part and had it installed and everything works great. They even had the car detailed before I took it. Philipe (salesman) was very friendly and knowledgeable and reprogramed the electronics dash settings which happened to be in Spanish. Franco’s entire team has integrity and was very friendly, knowledgeable and just plain fantastic. If you're ever in the market for vehicle, and you want a great auto, superb customer service, transparency, honesty and integrity, and a no-pressure and hassle-free car buying experience, then you need to go to Palmetto Bay Motors!   Came into Palmetto Bay motors and I was really looking for a car, but I was recommended to this place by my husband‘s friend and let me just tell you that we got a phenomenal deal. David took care of us. Franco was amazing. These guys are truly the best if you need to use car and you have issues with your credit, these guys will get you approved right away thanks again to the whole Palmetto Bay motors. You guys are truly the best.

  What can I say? Franco and Felipe are phenomenal. They answered all my questions and sent everything I asked for and more, which was super important coming all the way from WA. They sent a rideshare for me and my lady from our hotel. They do get busy BUT they will get back to you. Be patient, it’s worth it. Thanks guys.
