  • Service Experience I’ve been servicing my car at this dealership for the past four years and have always had a positive experience — until today. It appears the dealership has implemented new policies that prioritize revenue over customer trust. Now, instead of discussing concerns openly, customers are asked to sign a $205 diagnostic fee for each issue reported — before any inspection or repair takes place. I brought up six concerns today, and the total diagnostic cost quoted was $1,230. This approach discourages customers from proactively maintaining their vehicles and instead pushes them to wait until a serious breakdown occurs — when the repair costs are much higher. One more thing, the service was reluctant to note any concerns and kept saying it will cost extra $205. I haven’t finalized payment yet, but I’ll update this review after the service is complete. Update: well we end paying $205 for diagnosis. Which is reasonable.
