  I regret purchasing a vehicle at PLM, I more so regret purchasing the extended warranty they offer. I will never be back. Firstly PLM sold me my 2019 Grand sport with the check engine light on, I was informed however the concern was exhaust related. The extended warranty I bought with PLM for $2,000 denied the repair since it was exhaust related. I then decided to install a cat back exhaust which eliminated 2 out of the 4 exhaust servo motors thus clearing the check engine light. Since purchase the car has had torque tube rattle and was taken to Courtesy Chevrolet twice to address issues. Neither time the car was fixed. I then took it to Liberty GMC where the car was correctly diagnosed and they found it to be torque tube failure. Now the extended warranty is refusing to cover the $8,100 repair. My car now will be sitting for the next 85 days until I can spend $4,000 of my own money to fix the car PLM sold me. Don’t buy a car from this shady used car dealer. You will only end up regretting the purchase in the future. I don’t care what the owner says, any dealer that sells a shady extended warranty can’t be trusted. I’ll be leaving my review up since the problem was present before I modified the car. The extended warranty said they would not write a check also, they said I would need to pay and they would reimburse me so you’re still lying! 🤣 The Goal of changing my review was not to get help because if you wanted to help you would’ve fixed the car since you sold it to me like this. The goal of the review is to keep people from Buying the extended warranty you offer and to be more careful buying used cars from a dealer that sells cars with failed components and check engine lights. Why would a dealer even sell a car with a check engine light? Lots of people told me I should’ve walked from this car and I wish I would have. Now after hitting some road debris I was informed by my body shop the entire driver side of the vehicle has been repainted at one point as well as the front bumper which was not expressed to me, (although there was detailing compound in the nooks of the trunk well at the time of purchase). The fender was held on with minimal hardware. Very poor inspection process at PLM if there is one. Don’t get swindled like I did. This is your typical used car lot.
