  • I bought a car off Phoenix Legit about 11 months ago . Rafa the owner helped me get into a Civic . Rafa did a good job locking in with a car I needed which is much appreciated. But fast forward to some months , my Ac wasn’t working properly so I decided to take it in and got told that they did a mistake of the service they did to the car , they put the wrong Freon which caused my whole Ac to mess up which where I was quoted around 1.5k to fix . I thought it was crazy so I took it in into another shop to take a look and got told the same thing . I reached out to Rafa since he was the one that got me into the deal but it wasn’t much help . He just asked me if I got warranty before leaving his dealership which I did . But warranty won’t cover since it’s not a problem with the car it was the person that did the last service on it now I’m stuck with a big bill cause of someone mistake . Idk if they did the last service but it’s not right . Before yall buy something off them make sure to check everything cause at the end of the day they are used cars .
