Ordered a front bumper for my bk2 hyundai genesis coupe on May 22. Spoke with Josh on the 28th. He ensured it was being shipped, but no confirmation as of the 30th. Never had such poor customer service from a company in the states. Received parts from China faster. Never ordering from this company again.
Apparently all this cracks and deformations are standard prep, cracks everywhere middle fin is out of shape nuts are missing from the bolts, bolt holes cracked side panels bent way to far for fiber glass. tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t give me my money back on the shipping, and I need to pay for the label to send it back. horrible product and horrible company this is not a 600$ item.
I purchased carbon fiber front slats for my C6 ZR1. The product looks good but doesn’t seem to fit properly. Based on that, I reached out to VR (company that sold me the product) and asked for installation instructions for these items. They had nothing and the reached out to their supplier, Carbon Creations (Extreme Dimensions is the parent company) and they responded with nothing as well. How do you design a product like this and charge hundreds of dollars and have no idea how it is to be installed? If they designed it, they must have intake then to verify fitment … or why are they selling the product? My advice would be to steer clear of these two groups as they offer zippo support. Extremely disappointed in both companies.
