Ordered a front bumper for my bk2 hyundai genesis coupe on May 22. Spoke with Josh on the 28th. He ensured it was being shipped, but no confirmation as of the 30th. Never had such poor customer service from a company in the states. Received parts from China faster. Never ordering from this company again.
Man idk why this company gets low ratings . I have to say Angie at extension 60 . SHE IS ABSOLUTELY ANGEL . She’s absolutely the best person I have ever dealt with in customer service. Keep in mind my family were all in the Italian restaurant industry and service is always number one . Anyways . I ordered parts from a company called CAR-ID which now I know I’ll never order from there again . But when I waited 1 month for parts to get delivered . It finally came in but came in damage . I wanted another month for them to send me out another order . So I called CAR-ID like what’s going on why my parts didn’t get sent out yet . They said we can’t re send your order out untill we inspect them . I said who’s we . They said “my warehouse “ so I was furious because if you know I refused dilivery due to damaged parts why can’t you hit re send me out new parts when you know the damages parts coming back to you . Anys I waited 3 months ! So I finally went back and looked at the letter when I refused dilivery and saw “extreme Dimensions “ so I googled and called the company which the lady that picked up was ANGIE . I told her my issue she told me “ sorry that you have been having this issue . CAR-ID buys the parts from us but just re sells them etc etc” so told me if I had called them first i wouldn’t have ever have this issue . Whatever fast foward parts came in fast . Angie kept me updated about EVERYTBING she’s such a sweet soul I’ll never forget her for her help. Parts came in I put them on the car no issue at all
Do NOT waste your time or money with Extreme Dimensions. I placed an order through a third party website for one of their vehicle body parts, it "showed" to have shipped within a day or two after placing the order. I followed the tracking through the shipping company that was assigned to my order. After a few days my order appears to get "stuck" somewhere in Texas, and after an entire week the tracking had not updated. I contacted the shipping company and spoke with customer service, they immediately declared the item as "lost, and unlikely to be recovered"... I reached out to Extreme Dimensions to inform them of this update, and to inquire about a refund, do you think they ever bothered responding to me? I'm going to let you take a wild guess...
