  • I purchased a 2013 Infiniti M37 from Peter Creek Pre-Owned on May 2nd, expecting a reliable vehicle for myself and my three-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, within about a week of ownership, the vehicle was in the shop and I was informed by a mechanic that it was not safe to drive due to significant issues. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that these problems appeared almost immediately after purchase. I have documentation of the repairs and concerns that arose shortly after buying the vehicle. I also worked through my lender in an effort to find a reasonable solution. According to my lender, attempts were made to work with the dealership regarding these concerns, but no assistance was ultimately provided. I understand that vehicles can be sold “as-is.” However, I believe customers should know that my vehicle experienced serious problems shortly after purchase and that my efforts to seek help were unsuccessful. This review is based entirely on my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering a purchase here to have the vehicle independently inspected by a trusted mechanic before signing any paperwork. I went to this dealership hoping to purchase dependable transportation for my family. Instead, I found myself dealing with unexpected mechanical issues, repair expenses, and a great deal of stress almost immediately after buying the vehicle. As a Christian, I believe businesses should treat people with honesty, fairness, and integrity. The Bible says, “A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight” (Proverbs 11:1). It also says, “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them” (Matthew 7:12). I simply wanted a reliable vehicle for my family and hoped for some compassion and assistance when serious problems arose shortly after purchase. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  • I bought a chevy truck from this dealership, I have nothing but great things to say about them. Especially Bradley Strickland he went above n beyond what most sales man are willing to do!! I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a nice clean used vehicle!!
