  I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from Goat Import LLC on 2/21/26. Overall, my experience was “fair”. I ended up with a reliable car at a fair price, and I’m happy with the vehicle itself. The staff was friendly and seemed to mean well. Special shoutout to Wendy. Without her oversight and guidance, this experience could have been much more difficult. There were a few areas that could be improved. I traveled from out of state after negotiating a price and paying a deposit in advance. When I arrived, the car wasn’t fully ready for a test drive. It needed an oil change, had low tire pressure (I had to air the tires up myself to test drive), was low on fuel (I had to fill the tank myself to test drive), and the only key fob had a dead battery. For an out-of-state buyer, I would have expected the vehicle to be fully prepared. Additionally, the agreed-upon out-the-door price wasn’t clearly communicated among staff prior to closing, which required some back-and-forth to resolve. It was ultimately handled fairly, but clearer communication would have made the process smoother. To their credit, when I identified a few issues during my inspection, they agreed to reduce the price by an agreed upon amount. Overall, I left with a good vehicle at a fair price, but better preparation and clearer communication would have improved the experience. EDIT: Before my arrival, I questioned staff about a tire pressure sensor warning light. They assured me that the tire pressure was just low. I’ve since seen a mechanic, who advised all 4 tire pressure sensors needed replacing.

  I called to look at a car and Wendy was very helpful from the beginning. She gave us time to look around the lot for cars. When we saw the one we wanted to buy, Wendy never rushed us. She gave us all the information we needed and got us set up. Belinda was very helpful as well. My husband and I are very happy with the our new vehicle. The experience here was great and everyone was very nice. I recommend this car dealership to everyone!!

  My experience here was great! As soon as I walked through the door Wendy was welcoming and immediately got to business with just 1200 down payment they worked with me and got me a SUV. After searching all day for a car they made it happen! Definitely a place you want to go for a vehicle. Wendy handles business and will do whatever she can to get you approved and won’t let you leave until you’re satisfied!
