  We had a really positive experience working with Tony at Chosen Auto Sales. He was polite, straightforward, and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout the visit. He was also very transparent about the process, fees, and overall details. The only hiccup was on our end—our out-of-state lender couldn't expedite the payment quickly enough, so we had to use their in-house financing instead. Be prepared if you're in a similar situation, as the in-house interest rate was quite high. However, since there's no penalty, our plan is just to refinance through our preferred credit union after a month. Overall, great customer service and transparency from Tony, just keep an eye on the financing terms if you end up using their in-house lender!
