  Where do I start? These guys are the best! I was able to purchase a used Scion TC for my son’s first car and the team at GMS made it actually a pleasurable experience! When you walk in, you feel you’re at a regular car dealership, not a used one. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with respect, kindness and humor. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions about the car. Derek is a very experienced manager who really helped us to get a better car payment. He didn’t haggle and was honest throughout the process. I truly enjoyed our conversations as well. Thank you to George for helping and sharing and Ray for getting us in and out in a couple hours! You guys worked magic and we are so grateful. My son is ecstatic! Definitely will return again. This team is blessed!

  Let me start by saying this: buying one car is stressful enough. Buying two cars at once — a 2018 Mercedes-Benz and a 1998 C5 Corvette — while dealing with banks that apparently move at the speed of dial-up internet? That’s an Olympic-level challenge. We were at this dealership for FIVE hours (yes, five) because of the banks, and these legends didn’t just tolerate us — they practically adopted us. They gave us water, helped us talk to the bank like financial therapists, and somehow managed to stay calm and cool the whole time while I was ready to throw my phone into traffic. What really blew me away is that we came back multiple times over the course of three days — and every single time, they treated us like old friends. We must’ve looked at every single car on the lot (I’m not kidding, I think I know their inventory better than they do now), and they never once rushed us. They just kept helping, answering questions, cracking jokes, and making the process actually fun. The craziest part? They’re even taking my 1966 Mustang — and giving me a solid price for it. I didn’t even know dealers did that. These guys went above and beyond in every way possible. The cars were clean, well-priced, and exactly as described. In a world full of shady dealers and pushy sales tactics, these folks are the rare unicorns that actually care about people. They worked with us, they were patient through every hiccup, and they made sure we walked out happy (and somehow still sane after dealing with the banks). If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Actually, make it 11 — one extra for not running away after the third time we came back. 😂

  My experience purchasing a vehicle from GMS was mixed. Scheduling a test drive for the car I was interested in was smooth and straightforward. The vehicle itself was in decent condition with minor signs of prior repair, but it ran well. I proceeded with purchasing the car as-is and requested a replacement tire hubcap protector, which was shipped as promised. The main issues arose with delivery. Since I live out of state, we arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to me. The delivery was completed by a 3rd party and had a dead battery. GMS Auto was able and willing to work with me to get this resolved. Overall, I’m happy with the car itself and GMS for being willing to work with me on the issues experienced.
