  • My experience purchasing a vehicle from GMS was mixed. Scheduling a test drive for the car I was interested in was smooth and straightforward. The vehicle itself was in decent condition with minor signs of prior repair, but it ran well. I proceeded with purchasing the car as-is and requested a replacement tire hubcap protector, which was shipped as promised. The main issues arose with delivery. Since I live out of state, we arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to me. The delivery was completed by a 3rd party and had a dead battery. GMS Auto was able and willing to work with me to get this resolved. Overall, I’m happy with the car itself and GMS for being willing to work with me on the issues experienced.
