  • If you are an elderly disabled woman DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I was charged $215 for work they halted at doing! I thought the $215 was for a complete inspection. Instead after I told them I just bought the van in September, and the transmission was slipping and the airbag hazard light was staying on. The clerk decided to insult me because I had my oil changed at a tire store. Les Schwab did a better inspection for nothing than Thomason Ford ever could have done for $215.00 In fact go to Cherry City Transmission in NW Salem, Oregon. My van sat while the clerk played on his computer, looking for the most expensive parts possible, he came back with a $9000+ estimate! With a $1000 down just to order! Do you wonder anymore why F. O. R. D. Found On Road Dead! Is people's moto for Ford! I asked for a refund since no other inspection was being done, sorry halted, but Ford wants your money anyway they can steal it, but if you ask for it back, it becomes a problem! LOL WE CAN DO BETTER! I guess you missed your own receipt sent to me via email. It states airbag test halted, charge $215. I don't care where I bought it from. Used or not it's a Ford, I brought it to a Ford Dealership. I wanted to trust bringing it to a Ford dealership! I was wrong.
