Needed a reliable SUV to take up into the snowy mountains as I had received work at Big Bear. Auto Pacific Premium was very helpful and the staff was super friendly. I've had my car for 3 months so far with no issue.
UPDATE: We are the family you sold the 2014 Audi A4 to around this time last year. You sold us a vehicle that had an arm for the front right wheel hanging by broken bolt and that if caught against a pothole, it could rip the whole wheel off. And you failed to mention this model was up for recall because of excessive oil consumption that may not pass smog this year, a broken motor mount cord that was cut and hid from view, a missing windshield wiper reservoir, bad spark plugs, and the entire front suspension system that needs replacing. All this says is that you're taking advantage of people. We would have paid more if this is how you obtained the vehicle and fixed the critical issues, but you sold it, even seeing my wife and I brought our children to drive away to northern San Diego County in virtually a death trap for a quick buck.
Bought a 2014 Volvo S60 from here today. Drove wonderfully and appeared to be well taken care of. Let them know I would like an out the door price and they gave me a number that worked for me. Wasn’t pressured into buying anything extra and they didn’t try to nickel and dime me for more money after the fact. Was a fast and easy process. Highly recommend checking this place out for your next car.
