  Jesus took care of us with such kindness, patience, and humor that we didn't even notice it was only 1.5 hours from start of purchase to driving away! The cars they have on sight are great value for low mileage cars, all of them were in great shape. Jesus and Juan were professional and hilarious, I would recommend them anytime! Thanks again!!!

  Are experienced here was absolutely wonderful! So we had been to at least 4 dealerships that day. And it had turned out to be quite the headache. The places that we went were either dismissive, poor communication about available inventory or were adding on exorbitant mounts of extra fees. So here we were at the end of the day, completely exhausted. We called Dallas car r us inc. with only about thirty minutes left before they closed. We arrived to be greeted by super friendly, very open, transparent salesman. No extra fees, great test drive with a wonderful car and even offered with the car a small free limited warranty. 2 days later after purchase I took our Kia to the dealer to just do our own regular service and get established. The results were we bought a gem of a vehicle from this dealership! This is a used, first car for our youngest. Of course always recommend getting a private used car inspection before you purchase from any dealership.( unfortunately we didn't do this which I stressed about that blunder all weekend)However, we had nothing to worry about but it is obviously a wise thing to do as when you are buying a car you're there for business not to make friends. A good dealership will be open with that, they're a business after all. When I asked about it they were perfectly fine with us doing that. I think we let it slip between the cracks because we were so exhausted. Because they are not dishonest, and they don't sell junk They were completely confident that it wouldn't be an issue and therefore seeking an outside inspection was good to them. No pressure to buy, no ridiculous add on fees. No hassles just the easiest car purchase I've ever made. So the big question would I recommend this dealership? Absolutely!
