  • Worked with a great guy Sherif Hamad! Right out the gate he let us know there are no dealer add ons being forced and they had plenty of stock for us to choose from but if they didn’t have it they would get it! It was honestly refreshing to have someone be up front and honest, no slimy tricks or back and forth. We found the vehicle we wanted within 20 minutes and they even matched the financing we had with our own bank but they do accept options contracts. Down to earth great group of people that work there everyone was funny which made the process go by a little faster but it couldn’t have been any easier. I will go back in the future and I hope Sherif is my salesman every time!

  • I have over 20 Ford dealerships closer to my house than Ken Grody. But I pass them all to drive here. I own 10 Fords so I have been to plenty of dealers. Chris Rivas took great care. He made buying our new bronco (they are great) and hooked me up with Jeff Fross in service where I have had my 6.7 replaced in my F250. Highly recommend this dealer for sales and service.

  • My first experience with Ken Grody Service was excellent. I purchased a used van elsewhere and needed several things checked oil change/filter and governor removed (speed limitation as this was a commercial vehicle previously). Despite it being a Holiday weekend, all were fit professional and efficient. Shout out to my Service advisor Robert Torres, he was the best! Friendly understanding, professional and efficient. Highly recommend them for service!
