  • Great place. The employees are extremely kind and helpful, especially Chris. I went in for a camera for an upcoming event. It had a minute issue and he gave me another option and a deal for it as well. They seem to have all the electronic/paired accessories anyone could need.

  • Great service, very amicable and knowledgeable. Terry was awesome and even stayed a few minutes late waiting for me. Do come, worth the drive from Miami.

  • AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Took my laptop to be diagnosed on a Thursday afternoon. I had to call them at 4pm on Monday frustrated because I felt ghosted. The guy got me confused with another order. Then put me on hold to tell me they have to send the laptop out because they cannot do simple soldering there, BUT they would need to order the part before they can send it out. They are too lazy to work on the weekends like every other tech place, so I was without my laptop for four days only to be told it will take another week for the repair! A simple 10 minute diagnostic took two working days. It’s even worse because they told me what he thought it was when I dropped it off, so it didn’t take a rocket scientist to take ten minutes to test it. I DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY SAY ANOTHER WEEK. THRY ARE TOTALLY UNORGANIZED AND THEIR INABILITY TO DO A SIMPLE SOLDERING JOB IN HOUSE JUST ADDS TO THE LAYER OF INCOMPETENCE.
