  DO NOT take your car to this shop for repairs, especially for a collision. They will take too long to fix your car, and they will use the cheapest parts or just fix the old parts while the insurance pays them for new parts. The pain job was aweful and didn't match the car color. The insurance did not reimburse me for the whole rental amount because they said the shop took longer than what they should. Finally, I ended up with a car sliding on rough roads. They won't fix it because the insurance is done with them.Their response? " You probably need new suspensions, bring the parts, and the labor is on us"

  Excellent work on my vehicle. It was timely fixed and I did not have the pay my deductible. I also did not have to look for another vehicle because my vehicle was fixable and not a total loss. I am very grateful for all of your work and for the courteous manner that we were treated. I highly recommend this auto body shop for anyone who has been in an accident in Phoenix.

  **Review for Sonora Auto Body:** ⭐☆☆☆☆ This is, without a doubt, the worst auto body shop I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Victor, the guy in charge, is absolutely terrible. He "fixed" my car but ended up putting on the wrong parts and the paint job was just atrocious. I specifically asked for the right parts, but he insisted on using aftermarket ones instead. To make matters worse, he charged me an outrageous amount when I picked up my car. I had to take my vehicle to another body shop and a different mechanic to fix all the issues Victor created. I cannot stress enough how bad my experience was. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I would not recommend Sonora Auto Body to anyone. Save your money and your sanity—find a shop that actually knows what they’re doing!
