  I dont even know where to start. I hope this review is able to help anyone considering this dealership. This is by far the last place I would EVER recommend. The vehicle for starters is obviously on the older side. They claim they inspect their vehicles yet it had severly warped rotors with little brake pad left. CV axles are toast and he immediately tried telling me they werent. Boots were barely hanging on and they were crunching and getting caught up. Front shocks creaked over any bump. They claimed tires were practically new yet they are 8 years old with about 3/32nds left on the wear bar. They sent me out after putting a thousand dollar downpayment. They said I would absolutely not see anything above 8-10% interest. I left the dealership with the vehicle that day. After that I never heard anything from them about a bank approval and thats when I started calling and texting the salesman Rob. I had to call every day to every other day, they would never call to assist or update me on what was going on. This went on for 3 entire weeks before I had enough. All they could do was blame the finance manager for being out due to health issues. The vehicle was driven from their dealer and sat in front of my house until i reached out to Rob to let him know I was bringing it back. Brought it back and asked how much of a downpayment I would receive back which I expected some of it to be taken off. They wanted to take off over $200 for their "inspection" another $250 for detailing a perfectly clean vehicle (btw they put tire shine on the mats which is insanely unsafe and slippery) and another $100 for every hundred miles driven which came out to a whopping $270 something return. I told them it was straight robbery and he proceeded to argue saying that they aren't a rental dealership even though I had to fight just to get any help from them over that 3 week time span. I HAVE STILL YET TO RECEIVE EVEN A CHECK OR MESSAGE FROM ROB 3 WEEKS LATER TO THIS DATE!!! This is by far the absolute worst dealership and I seriously hope people start to read these reviews. I have further filed through state of oregon, filed a dispute with my bank to get my funds back entirely and submitted through BBB. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

  Most of these vehicles look way better in pictures. Ask for a dollar off and they say they can't do it. Very undercover arrogant. They say they want to help but ask for a dollar off they do not want to help. The quality of these vehicles is definitely below what you will see at a major dealership that sells new vehicles. Half of them are buried behind other cars with dead batteries. Not a good experience. Being it takes so long to evaluate a vehicle you can't look at as many vehicles in a day. Most salesman here are thin skinned. They don't think they are but they are. Proof, ask for a discount they drop you like a hot potato. These guys will not lower a price till they are actually filing bankruptcy. Then it will be too late. All liars in my opinion. STAY AWAY. In fact stay away from any dealers that has their car stacked deep, Parked over dirt or grass, dead batteries. JUNK

  I bought a bad ass truck from Lott 99. The price was awesome and the staff at Lott 99 were great in every department. Starting on the lot. They allowed me the space to shop around make my own decision. The buying process went smooth and any bumps in the road were dealt with professionally and promptly.
