  • Purchased an SUV from Brands. Had a few cosmetic imperfections that needed to be handled. Was promised that could be taken care of. No problem. Just bring it back after they order the pieces to be put on. Drove 40 mins just to have that happen. Left it there for over 4 hours. Picked it up. 1 out of 5 pieces replaced. Only to be told by owner that they never said that they would replace it all even though they said it and other salesman did as well. Tried to convince me the only thing he promised was to melt off the glue and not replaces the pieces that were broken on the sides of the vehicle. Why would I agree to drop the vehicle off to just have glue melted off is beyond my comprehension. Car buying process was not bad but the attitude and lack of accountability after the broken promises was very distasteful. Will never do business again. We as consumers rely on businesses to conduct themselves professionally especially when it’s we that spend our money to keep them in business. 1 out of 5. Save yourself a drive.
