  Purchasing my car through Rigo was actually a positive experience. He was professional, helpful, and provided great customer service throughout the entire process. My dissatisfaction is not with the salesperson, but with the dealership itself. The vehicle was sold with only one key and no spare key provided. Even for a used vehicle, I believe a customer should either receive a spare key or be clearly informed before completing the purchase. Modern key replacements can cost hundreds of dollars, and no new owner should have to absorb that expense immediately after buying a vehicle. What made the situation even more disappointing was that it took nearly two weeks to get a clear answer from the dealership, only to be told that they would not be providing a spare key. Had I known this from the beginning, I could have chosen to purchase a similar vehicle from another dealership that included a spare key. As a result, I am leaving a 1-star review for the dealership. However, I want to emphasize that Rigo provided excellent service and was not responsible for this issue. I am willing to reconsider my rating if the dealership resolves the spare key issue and demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction. If the issue remains unresolved, I cannot recommend the dealership to friends or family, nor would I consider returning as a future customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and chooses to make things right.

  I spent a a long time searching for a van to kickstart my business and felt hopeless until I stopped by one of the Siry locations where I was expertly and diligently helped by Nathan and Rigo. I got an amazing deal and everything was absolutely seamless. If buying a new vehicle is stressful for you as it is for many, I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this Siry Auto location.
