  • All in all my buying experience was fine. I had no issues there. Everything was easy and fast. The main issue I’m having is with the vehicle I traded in. It has been about 2 months since our deal was completed and my truck still has not been paid off. I’ve asked for updates numerous times and can’t seem to get a straight answer. It’s always “I’m talking to management” and not much of anything else. I was given a number to call and when I did all that person told me was that they couldn’t help me and that I needed to call the original number back. I asked them if I had to make a payment (because I am still responsible to make payments on my trade in) would they reimburse me and I was told I wouldn’t get one. If you are just a buyer I would recommend them. If you have a trade in I would make sure to have a clear understanding of their process before hand.

  • Horrible dealership. Reached out to them on April 4th inquiring about a truck. Asked them to check the price on it. Didn’t hear anything until I reached out again on April 6. Told them I’ll move forward and to send the buyers ordered. I explained to them I’m out of state and don’t pay sales tax in Texas. At this point I have already coordinated shipping to pick up the car. They take 2 days to send a buyers order on April 8 and they put sales tax and registration fees for Texas… I explained to them again that I am out of state and paying sales tax in my state. He said he will check with his GM. Didn’t hear anything, called again on the 9th. Said again they would check with the manager. Then finally on the 10th, they send me the updated buyers order. AGAIN they removed the taxes but kept the registration fees… I called them and emailed them then the next day they sold it to someone else. What kind of business is this? They don’t want to sell cars, I told them many times if they don’t want to sell me the car just tell me so I can buy other ones and I told him I had to buy something by Friday. Horrible experience. I dealt with Sameer. The guy DOES NOT want to sell cars. He is the opposite of a salesperson. I’m quite literally the most easy going buyer they could’ve dealt with. Send me the buyers order and payment instructions and wire would’ve been there same day. They just don’t know what they’re doing.

  • Had a fantastic experience at Kachow motors they worked with me every possible way on getting me into a beautiful 2018 F150 with free oil changes for 5 years and even threw in a toolbox for me no charge!! Wont find anywhere else that will do that while also being an honest dealership. Salim the finance manager is a standout guy 10/10 recommend.
