I got a full set of 4 brand new Goodyear 235/60R18 tires installed and balanced at El General Tires for just $499 — amazing deal! The staff were friendly, fast, and very professional. The entire process took less than an hour, and the tires feel smooth and quiet on the road. Definitely a great value for the price. If you’re looking for quality tires and honest service in the El Monte / City of Industry area, I highly recommend this place. Will be coming back for future tire needs!
They took care of me nice and efficiently. They communicated very clearly and were able to take care of me in a timely manner. I appreciate it thank you. Gave me exactly what I wanted!
DON’T DO IT: They wanted to switch up the price in the middle of the job. I thought we agreed to a price for 4 tires, 4 tire sensors, 4 brakes, and 4 rotors. In the middle of the job, the manager claimed that he only quoted me for 2 tires. He was clearly lazy and did not want to do the job. So unprofessional! Don’t believe their Facebook and OfferUp pages. You will get bait-and-switched in person. What a waste of time and energy. Shop elsewhere.
