  I had a great experience with this dealership and I can confidently say Dean, the owner, is one of the nicest and most genuine people I’ve dealt with in the car business. He was upfront, honest, and truly went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. It honestly blows my mind that anyone could speak badly about him. Dean treats his customers with respect and fairness, and it shows in the way he runs his business. No pressure, no games just honest, hardworking service and quality vehicles at fair prices.   A lot could be said about this dealership, but unfortunately none of it is positive. The owner is a bully who offers no insight or knowledge about the vehicles he sells. When questioned about the car by two different knowledgeable individuals, the owner became defensive and argumentative instead of addressing the concerns. He openly admitted he knew nothing about the vehicle yet still listed it at a price far above its actual condition and current market value. When we attempted to have a calm discussion about the vehicle’s issues and value, the owner escalated—raising his voice, puffing his chest, and yelling at us while walking away. At no point did we raise our voices or act disrespectfully. No effort was made to negotiate, provide transparency, or even acknowledge obvious defects. The only number ever mentioned was the inflated asking price. This dealership does not work with customers in good faith and denies responsibility for the condition of its inventory. Do not buy here unless you’re being paid to shop here.
