  • Terrible experience. They made me pay full price for a part I received damaged out of the box, and for a paint touch-up marker for cabinets I received damaged, after spending over $3,000. Poor customer service overall.

  • Really bad customer service! We talked to Ellena to get an estimate for our kitchen. She gave us a price written on a post it note and would not give us a printed design of what will be included. She said we can get a print out when we come back and pay. Anybody can help us when we come back she said. She wasn’t there when we came back and was immediately told yo just come back the next day. We drove over an hour to get there! Alex finally helped us because we insisted. We asked him if the shopping list he gave us included everything we will need. He said yes. Now our cabinet installer is saying that there are parts that were not included and we have to again drive over an hour to pick up the parts. Our installer also found doors that had chipped corners and Alex is saying he’s not sure what he can do about it. Really bad experience here. Save yourself the trouble and take your money some place else!
