  Saw their product on offer up. Contacted them about it. Asked if they had a new one in box. They told me they did but had been sold out except display when I arrived 25 minutes later. Basically, they didn't bother to check and had me show up to their store making me late getting home an hour with nothing to show for it. Usually, when I miss dinner with the family, it's for a reason. What got me was, there was no apology for the inconvenience. The 3 people in the store were all acting like they had nothing to do with it. The lady in who seemed to be in charge behaved like it didn't really matter.

  I bought a huge desk & I loved it. The store staff helped me load it. Lots of cook nik-naks to buy on the side I wish I picked up too.

  The manager or owner of this is very unprofessional and possibly racist. I was in the store checking out the shoes when I found a nice boot that I was interested in buying but there was only one of the boot on the shelf. I brought it to the person attention thinking he would help me instead he just kept doing what he was doing and told me bummer. He did not try to help me at all. As I was leaving I let him know that he just lost my business and a purchase. He said he didn't care. Who does that!!!! He clearly has issues,who turns down a sell. Especially if you're the owner. I've brought items from there before but never again. If you're going to run a business where people are purchasing your product you can at least respect your customers.
