Only had the car for 2 weeks before it started to over heat the owner didn’t want to work with me the only thing he said was if I wanted to get out of the contract I can. I asked him what about my money he told me I’m not giving you your money back because your over the mileage remind you they don’t tell you anything about that before you sign. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF AN CAR
I think it’s important to share my honest experience with Orozco Auto Sales so others know what to expect. I walked into the lot trusting them and hoping to purchase a reliable car that would last me throughout my 3-year financing term. I bought a 2012 silver Volkswagen Jetta, and unfortunately, the problems started immediately. The same day I purchased the car, I had to leave it with their mechanic because: • The brake lights didn’t work • The fuse box had issues • The license plate lights weren’t functioning • The check engine light was on, and the codes were supposed to be fixed before they returned the car to me Because the brake lights and license plate lights were out, my dash even warned me about those issues. I left the car with them Thursday and picked it up Friday evening around 6:30 PM, almost closing time. By Sunday morning, all the problems were back—the check engine light, the brake lights, the license plate lights. AutoZone scanned the car and the codes were the same ones Jorge and I discussed on Thursday, meaning nothing was actually repaired. I had been driving from Friday to Sunday without brake lights or plate lights, which is unsafe and illegal. I couldn’t even drive to my night shifts. They never showed me proof of what parts they replaced or what work they did. They just expected me to take their word for it. Because they only cover 15 days or 1,500 miles, and I hadn’t even had the car for a full week, I took it back Monday morning. I was devastated and completely disappointed because I truly trusted them—especially since my mom buys cars from them often with no issues. When we spoke with Jorge, he was rude and unprofessional, upset that I was calling out the problems. I told him I no longer wanted the vehicle and asked for my full $1,000 deposit back. The conversation got so bad that I told them I would take the matter to court. After that, he contacted the boss, and they agreed to give me $500 back—which is better than being trapped in a long-term loan on a car that clearly wasn’t repaired. To anyone reading this: please take the reviews seriously. I made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews because the cars look nice on the outside. But what matters isn’t the outside—it’s what’s going on under the hood, and that can cost you a lot in the long run. I will say they are understanding when it comes to down payments and working with you financially. But my experience with the car itself and the customer service afterward was extremely disappointing. I truly don’t know what went wrong, but I hope my review helps someone avoid the stress I went through.
Terrible company. Had a 2011 dodge Durango. They didn't tell me the issues with the vehicle. I found out driving down the road that the steering was shaking on the highway. Let me also say I put down 2000 grand . Every time they repo your vehicle it's 600 dollars. Company just takes your down payment and then rips you off. STAYAWAY. go with another auto company
