We purchased our car from Supreme Motors (Ehren and Patty) 3 months ago and I can wholeheartedly say we are extremely happy with our purchase. We live locally and have been searching for this particular kind of car for sometime. The car on the website had high quality photos. When we got to Supreme it was like walking into an art show / collection of cars. It felt as if the cars in there were specifically curated. Ehren was very welcoming and let us look around and take the car for a test drive. The car looked even more immaculate in person. Pricing was very competitive and fair value in comparison to other places. We first came on the weekend and came back mid week to finalize our purchase. Everything was seamless. It felt like shopping at a boutique luxury store. No gimmicks. Just a place that will treat you like you are an informed buyer. Not like other dealerships. This is how car purchasing should be. We have been enjoying the car this summer.
i purchased a 2010 Aston Martin DBS from Ehren and Patty at Supreme Motors OC and i am extremely disappointed in their service and the car i received. I was explicitly assured that the vehicle was in "perfect" condition and neither of them could find a single blemish or issue. i called multiple times and have plenty of text correspondence with Ehren. i specifically asked them even if it's a small imperfection i would like to see a photo of it since i am located in new york and their dealership is in california. i have purchased cars in the past from other out of state dealers who did not hide anything from me like this dealership did. as soon as the car was delivered i noticed multiple obvious scratches on the fender, both headlights were badly scratched, the dashboard was peeling and sloppily repaired, the carbon fiber splitter was damaged. these are all very obvious and costly repairs on this car and have to be intentionally "not noticed". i immediately notified Ehren of these damages. i brought the car to my detailer for an estimate and he pointed out multiple other issues like a broken piece on the grill, the front bumper was resprayed and does not match in certain lighting and various other issues. i was told by Ehren the check engine light i received the car with just needed to be reset by driving so i put about 300 miles on the car. the light is still there. i contacted Aston Martin service department who said it is a code that bank 2 in the engine is lean which could be a very costly repair. i'm waiting on an appointment and invoice from them and the detailer before i consult a lawyer about this. i contacted Ehren and his response was you bought it as-is and signed a hold harmless. i've never signed or agreed to anything from them. they are taking zero accountability and saying "it's a 15 year old car" etc. he also admitted to knowing about the carbon splitter being damaged and the dashboard i guess he just chose not to tell me. the conversation changed from it's "perfect""not a single blemish" to "that will buff out" "it's normal use damage for the age". i have looked at the same model car priced similarly with far less damage. this car was misrepresented, i was lied to and essentially robbed. this is going to cost me thousands of dollars to get a car somewhat close to the car that was described. i have many videos/photos of when the car was delivered to me. this is a very unprofessional way to do business. i will be contacting the BBB soon after gathering my repair bills. Ehren will likely respond to this by claiming he's a "VERY honest" person, i should expect wear and tear, blaming lemonsquad or even the transporter but at the end of the day i bought the car from Supreme Motors and Ehren and Patty both failed to inform me of the damages and "normal wear and tear" i'm sure they'd also want to know about before spending $80,000
Definitely a 5-star experience. I needed to sell my 2006 Honda S2000 and when the auction didn't work out, Ehren at Supreme Motors stepped in. The entire process was easy and secure.
