  Great experience purchasing my 2019 Harley Road Glide. I worked with Mr. Michael Salsa when I arrived, and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. The rest of the staff were also courteous and professional. At one point, a mechanical issue came up, and they handled it without hesitation and in an expeditious manner, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Private Club Power Sports to anyone looking to purchase an action vehicle, especially a Harley. They have an ample selection of beautiful used Harleys to choose from.

  I walked in intending to look at a new bike, but the friendly atmosphere and the variety of bikes were amazing and captivating. I found the bike I wanted, and the salesman, Levi, helped me get a great price. He was great, super friendly, and if I’m looking for another bike, I know we're going.

  I’ll start by saying that I LOVE my slingshot that I purchased at this establishment!! I saw the slingshot online one night and sent a note to the dealership regarding my interest and had a note from Tyler, the salesman, the following morning! Tyler was awesome! He communicated with us daily! He sent videos and photos of the slingshot and was able to hold the vehicle once we made a deal being that we reside 7 hours away from Houston. We were in touch with Tyler and the finance person up until our arrival. The slingshot was parked out front once we arrived and it was a beauty! However, we were told that a 21 point inspection would be complete before our arrival and would include an oil change. However, this did not happen so we asked them change the oil and to ensure that the vehicle was cleaned. We also noticed that the speaker behind the driver’s headrest was busted. I planned to replace the speakers in the future anyhow but did make Tyler aware of this. While waiting for the to be properly serviced, the finance person kept asking for the check. We refused to give him the check until the vehicle checked out to our approval. Once the vehicle was back, we completed the paperwork and were sent to another place to get the coding done on the slingshot. The establishment said that they couldn’t do it and referred us to another place…so, down the road we went. This place was able to help and charged $85. Tyler did help us with this matter and we appreciate him. Last 2 things…we were told that the title would be nailed to our bank the following day but it took us calling the establishment several time the following week to get it jailed out. The state of Mississippi only gives you a few days to get the title so that we could get our tag and not charged a late fee. We received it one day before we would be penalized. Lastly, my oil light is on for an oil change! So after 2 months and less than 1500 miles since I purchased the slingshot (and they supposedly changed the oil at time of purchase)…I’m convinced that they didn’t truly change the oil after all. So, I did have some good experiences with the process, with Tyler, etc. But the finance person constantly asking for the check when the vehicle hadn’t been properly serviced; is hounding the dealership for the title instead of them following up with us and letting us know the status/delay; the oil light coming out after 2 months when they were supposed to change the oil are all reasons for my rating. Thanks for my awesome slingshot.
